PE and Sport Premium Grant
The government is providing additional funding of £150 million per annum for academic years 2013 to 2014, 2014 to 2015 and 2015 to 2016 to improve provision of physical education (PE) and sport in primary schools. Each school will receive £8000 for the academic year plus a top-up of £5 per eligible pupil (5-11).
This funding is ring-fenced and therefore can only be spent on provision of PE and sport in school. At St. John’s we will receive £8909for our sport funding.
All our targets for improvements are sustainable for the future.
