Maths
AUTUMN 2
This term our focus during our Number Ninjas session will continue to revisit:
- Counting to 10/20, forwards and backwards from 0 to any given number.
We will also be focusing on:
- To identify one more/one less of numbers to 20
- To recall addition and subtraction facts to 10 and within 10
- To recall a pair of numbers with a total of 10.
These are extremely important foundations for building mathematical knowledge and understanding. Therefore, it would be wonderful if you could do some activities at home to support what we are doing in school. Attached below are some specific activity ideas/websites that are perfect for these areas we will be focusing on. Little and often is the key.
